KIHASA, GIST Sign MOU
KIHASA and the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Friday, January 16, at 10:30 am. The ceremony, held in the main conference room of the GIST Administration Building, aims to strengthen mutual exchange and industry-academia cooperation in the fields of health and welfare. Following the signing ceremony, participants toured the biomedical research laboratories and attended the opening ceremony of the Graduate School of Management and Technology. The agreement aims to produce tangible research outcomes and advance national health and welfare policies by leveraging KIHASA’s policy research expertise and GIST’s research capabilities in advanced science and technology. Under this agreement, the two institutions will conduct joint research projects, promote the commercialization of research outcomes, and co-host academic conferences and other events related to their collaborative research.
