Police found a man in his 50s dead in his house in Busan late last month. Officers who went to the house said the man, whose identity is being withheld, died at least five months earlier. The report was filed by the man's friend who found the body after he visited him to offer him a day laboring job. The house had had the electricity and water cut off for over two years as he was not able to pay the utility bills.
