The purpose of this study is to present recommendations for response to infectious diseases in child care and educational institutions. For this, we developed a delphi survey questionnaire through focus group interviews with 20 experts who had experience in responding to infectious disease, and reviewed the literature related to the response of infectious diseases in child care and educational institutions. The delphi survey was conducted twice for a total of 30 people, including 10 directors and 10 teachers in child care and educational institutions, and 10 infection control expert who had experience in responding to infectious diseases in hospitals. After delphi survey, interquartile range, mean value, standard deviation, median, and content validity ratio (CVR) were analyzed. As a result, we completed a total of 168 recommendations in three areasinfectious disease prevention and control principles; daily infection control; infection control during infectious disease outbreaksin order to better respond to infectious diseases in child care and educational institutions.
본 연구에서는 국내 영유아 돌봄･교육기관의 감염병 대응을 위한 권고안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 영유아 돌봄･교육기관에서 감염병 대응업무를 경험한 전문가 20인이 참여한 포커스그룹인터뷰, 국내외 영유아 돌봄･교육기관의 감염병 대응과 관련된 문헌고찰을 통해 델파이 조사 설문지를 개발하였다. 델파이조사는 영유아 돌봄･교육 업무 중 감염병 대응 경험이 있는 원장 10인, 교사 10인, 감염관리전문간호사 및 감염내과 의사 10인으로 총 30인을 대상으로 진행하였다. 델파이 조사 후 각 항목별로 사분위범위, 평균값, 표준편차, 중앙값, 내용타당도비율(Content Validity Ratio, CVR)를 분석하였다. 2회의 델파이 조사와 분석을 통해 영유아 돌봄･교육기관 감염병 대응을 위해 감염병 예방과 관리원칙, 평상시 감염관리, 감염병 유행 시 감염관리를 포함한 3개 영역, 총 168개 권고안을 완성하였다.
