이 연구는 돌봄서비스 만족도 제고를 위하여 사회적 돌봄서비스의 이용현황과 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 이용자의 특성, 사업관리 점검요소, 서비스 구성요소 등의 측면에서 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 2011년 2월부터 9월까지 노인돌봄사업, 가사간병지원사업, 장애인활동보조사업, 산모신생아도우미사업 등 4개 돌봄서비스 이용자를 대상으로 500명을 전국에서 무작위로 추출하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사자료는 분산분석, t테스트, 다중회귀분석 등을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 이용자의 특성뿐만 아니라, 사업별로 돌봄 단위서비스의 이용비율이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 돌봄서비스 사업의 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사업관리 점검요소 중에서 서비스 수요조사실시, 서비스시간 준수인 것으로 나타났다. 돌봄 단위서비스 중에서는 취사 ? 세탁 등 가사지원서비스 만족도와 생활상담 등 정서지원서비스 만족도인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이 연구는 돌봄서비스 사업에서 정서지원서비스가 중요하다는 것을 이론적 측면에서 뿐만 아니라, 이를 실증적으로 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.;The purpose of this paper is to analyze determinants of users’ satisfaction with Korean social care services. Four social care services, including elderly care and daily activity assistance for the disabled, were used to investigate the levels of utilization and satisfaction of unit services such as physical assistance, emotional support, household service, and nursing care service. The t-Test, analysis of variance, and regression analysis were made by using a survey of 500 random samples. The analysis shows that among management factors the overall satisfaction with social care services is related with service providers’ research on users’ demand and compliance of service time. The analysis also finds a positive relationship between the overall satisfaction with social care services and the unit-service satisfaction with household support and emotional support. This result demonstrates empirically that the emotional support is important in social care services.
노인요양서비스의 질을 증진시키기 위한 방안으로써 유니트 케어 도입을 위해서는 실제 노인요양시설 운영의 중심에 있는 시설장의 인식을 파악할 필요가 있다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 노인요양시설 운영에 대한 시설장 관련 특성이 유니트 케어 도입의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 본 연구는 경상북도에 소재한 노인요양시설과 노인요양공동생활가정 189개 기관의 시설장을 대상으로 설문조사하여 134부(회수율 70.8%)를 회수하였다. 시설장의 운영 경험을 토대로 요양서비스에 대한 인식과 시설 운영에 대한 인식으로 구분하여 설문 문항을 구성하여 유니트 케어 도입 의도를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율을 분석하였으며, 각 변수들에 대해 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였다. 다음으로 시설장 관련 특성이 유니트 케어도입 의도(인지, 필요성, 도입의도)에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 상관분석을 실시한 후, 회귀분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 노인요양시설의 시설장 관련 다양한 특성들이 유니트 케어 도입의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타남으로써 유니트 케어 도입에 있어 시설장 관련 특성이 매우 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다.;Understanding the characteristics of elderly care facility managers is crucial in introducing a unit care system as a way of improving the quality of elderly care services. In this regard, this study analyses how facility managers’ characteristics influence their intention to introduce the unit care system. To this end, this study surveyed the managers of elderly care facilities and 189 elderly group homes located in North Gyeongsang province, among which 134 responded. The questionnaire consisted of two sections: facility mangers’ awareness of elderly care services and facility management, and based on the survey result, the study analyzed how much the awareness of the facility managers influence their intention to introduce the unit care system. The collected data were analyzed in terms of frequency and percentage using SPSS 19.0 program, and the average and the standard deviation of each variable was calculated. In order to understand the impact of facility managers’ characteristics on their intention to introduce the unit care system, this study also conducted a correlation analysis and a regression analysis. The result of the study indicates the facility managers’ characteristics largely influence their intention to introduce the unit care system.
