본 연구는 재이용의사의 영향요인으로 관계마케팅과 서비스품질을 함께 고려하여 이를 지역사회서비스영역에서 재해석하고, 동시에 관계마케팅과 재이용의사 간의 관계에서 서비스품질의 매개역할을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 사회서비스 바우처사업의 일환인 지역사회서비스투자사업의 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN v19.0, AMOS v18.0을 활용하여 기술통계, 상관관계 분석, 구조모델 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구로부터 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역사회서비스의 관계마케팅이 강화될수록 재이용의사가 높아졌다. 둘째, 지역사회서비스 품질이 향상될수록 재이용의사가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지역사회서비스의 관계마케팅이 강화될수록 서비스품질에 대한 이용자들의 인식이 높아졌다. 넷째, 지역사회서비스 품질은 관계마케팅과 재이용의사 사이에서 완전매개로 작용하고 있었다. 이 연구는 사회복지실천에서 강조하는 관계의 중요성에 착안하여 지역사회서비스영역에서의 관계마케팅, 재이용의사, 서비스품질 간의 관계를 다각도로 분석함으로써, 관계마케팅이 사회서비스사업의 관계 취약성 개선은 물론, 재이용의사 및 서비스품질 제고에도 기여할 수 있음을 확인했다는 점에서 사회복지적 의의가 있다.;This study aims to consider both the relationship marketing and service quality as the influence factors of reuse intention, reinterpret them in the field of community services, and further investigate the mediating role of service quality between the relationship marketing and reuse intention. To accomplish these research objectives, we collected data by executing the questionnaire with the service users of the community services as a part of social service voucher program. The collected data were analyzed by the descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and structural model analysis, using SPSSWIN v19.0 and AMOS v18.0. The results drawn from this research are as follows. First, the more the relationship marketing was enhanced in the community services, the higher the reuse intention was. Second, the higher the service quality of community services, the higher the reuse intention. Third, the more the relationship marketing was enhanced in the community services, the higher the recognition by the users’ service quality was. Fourth, the service quality in the community services played a full mediating role between the relationship marketing and reuse intention. The study has the significance of social welfare in terms that the relationship marketing can be a mechanism to improve the relational vulnerability in the social service voucher programs as well as to investigate these relationships from various angles, by analyzing the relationship between the relationship marketing, reuse intention, and service quality in the field of community services.
본 연구는 지역기반의 순수한 민간 사회적경제기금인 ｢충북사회적경제기금｣의 목적, 운영원칙, 기금의 보전과 확대전략을 이해하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 ｢충북사회적경제기금｣에 기금을 출연한 4개의 기업과 대출을 통해 기금수혜를 받은 2개 기업의 대표 또는 실무자와의 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하여 단일사례연구 방법으로 접근하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 62개의 개념을 구성하였고, 이를 ‘제도의존에서 탈피한 자율적 상생복지’, ‘도전의 추동력’, ‘당사자들의 주체적 문제해결 의지와 능력제고’, ‘제도의 사각지대 해소’, ‘문화와 교육을 통한 지역사회 내 저변확대 도모’, ‘민주적 관리’, ‘실질주의 추구’, ‘투명성과 진정성 제고’, ‘기금 확대를 위한 다양한 시도’, ‘호혜의 선순환’, ‘도덕적 해이를 방지하는 상환의무 제도’의 11개 주제로 결집한 후 기금의 목적, 운영원칙, 기금보전과 확대전략의 3개 분석단위에 재배열 하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해 ｢충북사회적경제기금｣이 풀뿌리 자조기금으로 평가될 수 있지만 외연확장과 정착을 위한 기금의 확대가 관건인 것을 알 수 있었으며, 이를 위한 실천적, 정책적 지침들을 논의하였다.;This study is to understand the objectives, the operating principles, and the conservation and expansion strategies of the “Chungbuk Social Economy Fund”, which is a privately-run community-based social economy fund. For this purpose, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with representatives or executives of 4 companies with funding and 2 companies receiving funding and analyzed by a single case study method. As as result of the analysis, 62 concepts were constructed and classified into 11 themes: ‘autonomous welfare from dependence on institutions’, ‘motivation of challenges’, ‘willingness to troubleshoot and empowerment’, ‘elimination of gaps in the system’, ‘promotion of community-based institutions through culture and education’, ‘democratic management’, ‘pursuit of pragmatism’, ‘transparency and authenticity’, ‘various attempts to expand fund’, ‘virtuous circle of reciprocity’, ‘promotion of repayment obligation for the prevention of moral hazard’. And these were integrated into purpose, operating principles, and conservation and expansion strategy of three analytical units: The results of the analysis show that “Chungbuk Social Economy Fund” can be evaluated as a grassroots self-help fund, but external extension and expansion of funds for fund stabilization are key issues to be considered. Based on the results of this study, practical and policy guidelines of the ways to be settled and extended of the fund were discussed.
