본 연구는 중년 유치원장의 갱년기 증상이 유치원 운영에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 유치원장의 건강과 일에 대해 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 주제분석방법(thematic analysis)을 통해 갱년기 증상, 건강이 일에 미치는 영향, 건강에 대한 요구도(needs)라는 세 가지 주제를 범주화하였다. 먼저 갱년기 증상의 경우 유치원장이 경험하는 신체적, 심리적 증상과 갱년기 증상을 지각하지 못하는 상반된 하위 주제가 도출되었다. 건강이 일에 미치는 영향에서는 갱년기 증상의 영향을 살펴보았는데, 유치원 운영에 미치는 영향과 사적 생활에 미치는 영향으로 구분할 수 있었다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 갱년기 증상의 영향은 오랜 시간 축적된 경험, 참여자들의 갱년기 극복을 위한 노력과 의지, 구성원들과의 지지 형성 그리고 유치원장 역할 수행의 보람으로 인해 상쇄되는 경향이 있었다. 이러한 요인들은 갱년기 증상의 극복을 위한 원동력으로 작용했다. 마지막으로 참여자들의 건강에 관한 요구도를 파악함에 있어 심리적 압박감과 건강이 우선순위가 되지 못함이라는 하위 주제가 발견되었다. 총 책임자라는 부담감으로 인해 심리적 압박감을 느꼈고 해야 할 일이 많아 건강보다 일이 우선순위가 되어 건강을 돌보지 못하기 때문이었다. 따라서 유치원장의 신체적, 심리적 건강증진을 위한 방안을 통해 유아교육의 질 향상뿐만 아니라 갱년기 중년 여성의 건강증진을 위한 방향을 탐색할 수 있을 것이다.;This study was aimed at examining what effect kindergarten principals’ menopausal symptoms has on their managerial work. We interviewed a total of 10 kindergarten principals aged 40-60 and analyzed the interview data based on the process of the thematic analysis. Regarding the menopausal symptoms, some of the participants perceived physical or emotional symptoms, while the others did not perceived them. As to the effect of health on work, the menopausal symptoms affected their private life as well as the kindergarten management. However, the participants tended to overcome the effect of menopausal symptoms with experience, will, effort, sense of reward from their work, and support from their coworkers. Furthermore, the participants have needs on health. They have not only physical symptoms including fatigue but also emotional pressure due to the role as a head of kindergarten. Moreover, health was not the priority and a subordinate to work.
본 연구의 목적은 재난 극복을 위해 설치된 트라우마센터에서 근무한 사회복지사들의 경험에 대한 연구이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 안산트라우마센터(이하 안산온마음센터)에서 근무한 사회복지사들을 대상으로 심층면접을 통하여 자료를 수집하여 질적 사례연구 방법으로 분석했다. 최종 7사례를 사례 내 분석과 사례 간 분석을 실시하였는데, 사례 내 분석에서는 각 사례를 분석한 후 이야기 형식으로 구성하였고, 사례 간 분석에서는 사례 내 분석에서 나타난 주제들을 기반으로 사례들 간에 비교･분석하여 5개 주제로 통합하였다. 5개의 주제어를 제시하면, ‘공동체를 위한 사명감의 발현’, ‘환자와 이웃, 사이의 권력관계’, ‘불행의 연대로 일상의 변증법을 이어가는 연결자’, ‘낡은 부대에 부어진 새 술’, ‘정치적 결사체로의 조직된 힘의 미약’ 이다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 재난에 대응하고 복구하기에 적합한 사회복지실천 조직에 대한 연구가 필요하며, 재난 사회복지실천을 사회복지의 한 분야로 수용하고 발전시켜 나갈 것과 역량 있는 재난 전문 사회복지사 양성할 것을 제언하였다.;The purpose of the present study is to understand the experiences of South Korean social workers who have worked in Ansan Onmaum Center (currently Ansan Mental Health Trauma Center). Data were collected through in-depth interviews with seven social workers and analyzed using a qualitative case study approach, specifically, within-case analysis and the cross-case analysis. Each case was carefully examined and summarized as a story-telling style in the within-case analysis. In the cross-case analysis, the issues revealed in the within-case analysis were reviewed, compared and integrated. During the process, five major themes emerged, including ‘being motivated by the mission of the community’, ‘patients or neighbors, concealed power game’, ‘mediators who liaise between victims and their daily life through an everyday dialectic’, ‘new wine in old bottles’, ‘weak political power of the social welfare sector’ Based on the findings, studies on organization for disaster social work practice, development of the disaster social work practice and training of social workers as disaster experts are discussed.
본 연구는 지역기반의 순수한 민간 사회적경제기금인 ｢충북사회적경제기금｣의 목적, 운영원칙, 기금의 보전과 확대전략을 이해하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 ｢충북사회적경제기금｣에 기금을 출연한 4개의 기업과 대출을 통해 기금수혜를 받은 2개 기업의 대표 또는 실무자와의 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하여 단일사례연구 방법으로 접근하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 62개의 개념을 구성하였고, 이를 ‘제도의존에서 탈피한 자율적 상생복지’, ‘도전의 추동력’, ‘당사자들의 주체적 문제해결 의지와 능력제고’, ‘제도의 사각지대 해소’, ‘문화와 교육을 통한 지역사회 내 저변확대 도모’, ‘민주적 관리’, ‘실질주의 추구’, ‘투명성과 진정성 제고’, ‘기금 확대를 위한 다양한 시도’, ‘호혜의 선순환’, ‘도덕적 해이를 방지하는 상환의무 제도’의 11개 주제로 결집한 후 기금의 목적, 운영원칙, 기금보전과 확대전략의 3개 분석단위에 재배열 하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해 ｢충북사회적경제기금｣이 풀뿌리 자조기금으로 평가될 수 있지만 외연확장과 정착을 위한 기금의 확대가 관건인 것을 알 수 있었으며, 이를 위한 실천적, 정책적 지침들을 논의하였다.;This study is to understand the objectives, the operating principles, and the conservation and expansion strategies of the “Chungbuk Social Economy Fund”, which is a privately-run community-based social economy fund. For this purpose, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with representatives or executives of 4 companies with funding and 2 companies receiving funding and analyzed by a single case study method. As as result of the analysis, 62 concepts were constructed and classified into 11 themes: ‘autonomous welfare from dependence on institutions’, ‘motivation of challenges’, ‘willingness to troubleshoot and empowerment’, ‘elimination of gaps in the system’, ‘promotion of community-based institutions through culture and education’, ‘democratic management’, ‘pursuit of pragmatism’, ‘transparency and authenticity’, ‘various attempts to expand fund’, ‘virtuous circle of reciprocity’, ‘promotion of repayment obligation for the prevention of moral hazard’. And these were integrated into purpose, operating principles, and conservation and expansion strategy of three analytical units: The results of the analysis show that “Chungbuk Social Economy Fund” can be evaluated as a grassroots self-help fund, but external extension and expansion of funds for fund stabilization are key issues to be considered. Based on the results of this study, practical and policy guidelines of the ways to be settled and extended of the fund were discussed.
